Each clothing brand has its own size chart, so we recommend that you consult our size guide. Measurements must be taken on a naked body.

If you have doubts about the size you have chosen, send us your measurements, we will help you choose the most suitable one for your measurements.

Production times

Each of our garments is made to order. Typically the times vary from 2 to 7 weeks, this depends on the quantity of orders in the queue.

Some items, such as gloves, socks, and latex care products are ready for shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 7 days to cancel your order from the moment that it is sent.

Taxes and fees for EXTRA UE Customers

For customers that purchasing outside the European Union, prices are excluding of VAT, so taxes are already deducted from the final price. Please keep in mind that there is a possibility of customs duties and taxes for which we are not responsible, and are the responsibility of the customer to pay the custom.

The materials used comply with all international standards.


All our garments are handmade in Italy, in Rome, with the exception of moulded products such as gloves and socks, and products for the care and maintenance of latex.

Do you make repairs?

We do repairs only and exclusively on garments made by us.

If your Black Crystal garment is damaged, contact us via email on by sending us photos of the damaged part, so that we can estimate the possible solutions and costs.

Can my latex garment be removed from stains?

Sometimes, especially with light colors, it happens that your latex garment can get stained.

In some cases it is possible to remove stains from your garment. Contact us by email on attaching photos of the area concerned.

Success is in no way guaranteed.



Most of our items can be made to measure. In the product options, where possible, you can select MADE TO MEASURE. After placing the order we will contact you by sending you our measurements sheet to fill out.

Custom designs

With us, creating your personalized design is possible!

We are specialized in the creation of custom made products, as we have the skills to do so.

If you have an idea of ​​what you would like, or are still in the process of collecting ideas, contact us, we will be happy to help you step by step in choosing the design, colors and accessories.

In the studio

You can book an appointment via email on to come and visit us in our studio, in Rome, where you can see by person our available sample items and color chart. In this case we will take your measurements.

We also recommend always make a fitting before delivery of the garment, in order to be able to make adjustments where necessary and it can be carried out either by returning to us in the studio or remotely. In this case we will send you the item to try on and carry out all the checks via video call.

NB: shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


If it is not possible for you to come and visit us, you can book an appointment for a call/video call via email on and discuss your possible project.

As for the measurements to take, you can always do it with us during the video call, or we will send you our measurement table to fill out.

We also recommend always carrying out a test before delivery of the garment, in order to be able to make adjustments if necessary. We will send you the garment to try on and
carry out all checks via video call.

Do you issue gift cards?

In the dedicated section of our online shop you will find our gift cards, of various amounts or customizable amounts.

Our gift cards are valid for 12 months.
