Each garment and accessory is made by hand, or using other technologies, exclusively to order, with the exception of gloves or latex care products.

Therefore, we recommend our customers to be sure, by double-checking the order before sending it, to choose the item with the correct desired characteristics (size, color, etc.).

PROCESSING TIME

​Processing times can vary from 2 to 7 weeks. It depends on the amount of orders in queue before yours. In some periods these times may be extended (high quantity of orders, delays due to the temporary unavailability of raw materials). We will notify you if any delays occur.

If you are urgent about your order, contact us to request Quick Service, allowing you to have your order before the estimated times.

In this case, you may be charged a surcharge of 15 to 30 percent.
