All Black Crystal products are handmade to order, therefore returns or exchanges are permitted in some circumstances:
If the item shows obvious signs of poor workmanship, do not confuse this with any imperfections due to the fact that the items are handmade;
Size or color errors attributable to Black Crystal;
Should at least one of the above circumstances occur, the customer has the right to exchange or return goods.

Black Crystal guarantees a quality control of the products before being shipped.

 RETURN POLICY

If you need a return or exchange, please contact us on info@blackcrystallatex.it
According to standard procedures, send photos of the non-compliant item to justify the reason for the return.

N.B. : Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Complaints must be submitted within 5 days from the date of receipt the items (the courier receipt will prevail)
No complaints outside this period will be taken into consideration.
Once the return has been authorized, the refund or credit will be issued once the damaged or non-compliant item is received at our office.

RETURNS EXTRA EU

For customers outside the European Community: Be sure to indicate on the packaging that items are being returned for exchange or refund.

Black Crystal reserves the right to refuse returns that require the payment of customs charges.
Returns are not accepted if the customer has mistakenly selected the wrong model, colour, quantity or size.

The items must be in their original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition, damaged or with obvious signs of wear, or worn, will not be accepted for a possible return or exchange.
The items must be shipped:
  • Within 5 days to Italy
  • Within 7 days for Europe
  • Within 10 days for non-EU countries

Returns sent after the established deadline will not be accepted.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
Each order is made upon customer request in the desired size and color, therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, you may be charged some costs, for example, in the event that your order is already being processed, model processing, cutting of the material, or any commission costs for issuing the refund, etc..., therefore we recommend our customers to be sure they want to place an order on our website, and to contact us if they have any doubts.
