Black Crystal is in no way responsible for any shipping delays.

For UK, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries, any customs fees or other charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Amounts and modalities will be provided by the courier itself.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.
In the event of non-collection and automatic return to sender, the shipping costs and any customs duties relating to the return will be deducted from the refund due.
